The GIN X e-bike is fully compliant with street regulations in the UK, EU, USA, and other countries. We ensure that your GIN X is configured to the legal speed limits of your nation and adheres to local guidelines before shipping it out.

All UK customers will get the shipment directly shipped from our warehouse based in Berkshire. We charge an extra £49 towards delivery (the rest we match on your behalf)! For international customers there is an extra shipping fee of £99 each shipment. The shipping fee to be paid at the time of shipping the bike (when your e-bike carton is ready for shipping). We do not want to impose additional cost to our international customers. Import taxes and VAT are already included in the price of GIN X electric bike. Bike can be collected from Reading (UK) warehouse free of cost while East London warehouse has a small shipping fee of £25 for collection. For our customers the shipping fee is very nominal as we partially contribute the shipping fee, on your behalf, to keep your overall price as low as possible!

We are a British company with storage facilities in Poland, Southeast Asia, and the South of England. For EU customers, we ship from our Polish warehouse, while all other regions are supplied from our UK or Southeast Asia warehouses. UK customers receive their orders directly from our UK warehouse.

We do offer international shipping. Our customer base includes the entire UK, Ireland, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Cyprus, Ukraine and many other countries.
