We are British company with our storage facilities in the south of England, Poland and south east Asia. For UK buyers we ship from UK warehouse, for EU based customers we ship from Poland warehouse and all other locations are served from UK or south east Asia warehouse
We do not want to impose additional cost to our international customers. Import taxes and VAT are already included in the price of GIN X electric bike. UK (including Ireland & channel island) based customers enjoy FREE shipping by default. For international customers the shipping fee is very nominal as we partially contribute the shipping fee to keep the overall price as low as possible!
Yes, GIN X is 100% street legal in the UK, EU, USA and other countries. When we ship out the e-bike we ensure that your GIN X is limited as per legal speed limitations in your country and comply with the local guidelines as well
